Tree Goblet

This handmade stoneware goblet is reminiscent of royalty or fantasy - while still being functional for everyday use.

This goblet includes sculpted and wheel-thrown elements. It features meticulously carved branches, trunk details, and roots finished in a reflective gold glaze. The cup and base are a black and gold-flecked glaze that sparkles in the light.

Designed to be unique, dramatic, and practical; this is a piece of functional art worthy of your table or display.

• Body: Handmade stoneware chalice
• Design: Sculpted tree with reflective gold trunk, branches, and open root system; topped with a sparkly black, gold-flecked cup 
• Size: ~10oz, 6”H x 3.5”W

• Note: the "trunk" of this tree is shorter than a standard wine stem. I recommend holding it like a whiskey snifter for maximum comfort in the hand.
• One of a kind – natural variations in glaze and form are part of the process
• Food-safe glaze
• Made in small batches in Kuna, Idaho

Care
Hand washing is highly recommended for sculpted pieces, however, this goblet is microwave and dishwasher safe (top shelf only).

About this design

This is a design I have been imagining for nearly a year. I created the first prototype about six months ago and have been testing and refining it since. It was inspired by my love and endless fascination for trees.

Whether raised in a toast or displayed, this tree goblet is designed to bring wonder, whimsy, and mindful richness into your daily life.
