Shipping
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and includes insurance for the sale price of the piece.
- Most orders arrive within 5-7 days after purchase.
- For pre orders or custom pieces, delivery timelines are provided at checkout - typically 4-6 weeks.
- If your piece arrives damaged, reach out as soon as possible. I will help you file a shipping insurance claim to ensure you are fully reimbursed.
- NOTE: Each of my pieces are unique, so I can guarantee a refund, but not the ability to replace pieces damaged in transit.

General Care Best Practices
All of my glazes are microwave, dishwasher, and food safe. I use materials with a high standard of quality so you never have to worry about their durability. That being said, for my sculpted pieces, I recommend hand-washing. Not because of any scientific or data-backed reason... just in case.
Mugs without Handles
Handle-less mugs are gaining popularity with coffee and tea enthusiasts BUT if you are unfamiliar with them, you should know that your mug will become however hot your beverage is.
It may not be able to be held/carried until your beverage has cooled to a comfortable temperature.
