Body: Cream/White stoneware
Size: ~12oz, 3”H x 3.5”W
Design: A detailed mushroom illustration applied via silkscreen. The black glaze includes golden dust and sparkles in the light. The handle is left bare for the tactile experience of natural clay.
Photography note: I photograph my work in natural light with no editing in order to represent the true aesthetic as accurately as possible. These photos were taken towards the end of the day and show a yellow tint from the sunset.
Making: Each mug is wheel-thrown from durable stoneware clay, then fired over 2300°F to vitrify the clay — turning it into stone. The result is a piece that's durable, tactile, and weighted for the hand.
Care: These pieces are microwave, dishwasher, and food safe.

This item is food safe and can be used in the microwave or dishwasher, however hand-washing is always recommended as a best-practice.
