This design is based on the iconic visual of dried clay cracking in the desert sun. Deeper inspiration came from the cultural dialogue around data centers and housing developments in the desert, while both are being installed across the street from me. Despite the serious (sometimes discouraging) nature of the inspiration, these mugs have an uplifting purpose. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe crackled texture is intended as a reminder that the liquids we use everyday are a form of abundance.
